Information Needed for Provisional Patent

Posted by Michael Shimokaji | Mar 27, 2014 | 0 Comments

Question: Can I file a patent with limited information? or What makes a strong patent? I am looking at patenting a process.

Answer: You can, but a patent is only as good as the information it contains. Even if only a provisional, it should contain as much information as possible.
