Question: How can i stop my competitor from using my products (but claiming they are his)?

my competitor has several times now taken my product, repainted it, and glued his logo on it and then used it in public. what's the best first step for me to take? is this fraud? infringement? unfaire competition? all of the above?

Answer: Unless you have some already existing rights to patent or trademark, your competitors will have a lot of latitude in doing what you are complaining about.
